About Sinfonian Barelytone...

Welcome to my continuing garden adventure here in the Seattle area (Zone 8b). At 37, I hope to improve the variety and quality of the food my family eats. My 5 and 2 year olds and I are excited to grow food for our family all year long and work to eat better. Along the way, I hope to learn all I can about vegetable gardening and pass along the knowledge to future generations. Enjoy your garden!

Ok, Judy wanted pictures, I took pictures…
I got home and checked my compost temp. It’s ready to be mixed but I just ran out of time and didn’t want my youngest involved.  There’s always this weekend for that. A few days rest won’t kill it. But while I was pushing my son on the swing, I [...]

Long day.  Very little gardening to speak of, but it was a good day regardless.  I went to the theatre tonight with my wife.  We saw Aida at .  Amazing cast, great vocals, incredible music.  All around great production and a perfect end to the season!  I wish you could all see it.
Anyway, I need [...]
